Welcome to the official website for city clerks and finance officers of cities, towns, and villages located within the central Missouri region. Each city, town, or village incorporated
in the state of Missouri must, by law, have a city clerk. Depending upon the class and population of the municipality, there may also be finance officers, but in many instances, a city clerk
also serves as the finance officer.
Our members attend quarterly Central Missouri CCFOA meetings hosted by the various city clerks and finance officers within our geographical region. Members also
attend state, national-regional, and international conferences to network with other city clerks and finance officers.
The educational knowledge and networking opportunities presented at these meetings become a valuable asset to the cities
served by our members.
